Security Token Market's crowdfund is going live on Securitize Markets on July 6th.
May 13, 2019
Securitize’s development team has been hard at work over recent months in order to create a new release for the platform. Version 3.0 will provide a giant leap for supporting organizations wanting to issue Digital Securities, enabling the management of their lifecycle through secondary trading and more.
To this end, we created Securitize’s Control Panel. This Control Panel is the center of operations for our customers and will provide the tools to create a site to onboard and keep in communication with investors, track their fundraising process, or be able to check their holders’ information in real time.
Let’s take a look at some of the main features we bring here.
One of the key aspects in version 3.0 is multi-tenancy, which means that a platform user will now be able to manage several Digital Securities Offerings from a single endpoint.
Issuer Management Panel
Via the Issuer Management Panel, it is possible to access different instances of the platform, manage different token issuances, as well as create new instances in just a few clicks.
This Issuer Management Panel will also be the main tool that partners in our “Securitize Ready” program will be able to leverage in order to issue and manage security tokens for their clients on the Securitize platform.
Each instance managed via the panel provides detailed information on all aspects of the token issuance, including:
Our brand-new dashboard allows for tracking at a single glance. Metrics such as specific progress on investor registration and fundraising over recent days, as well as an activity log for all that is happening around your token issuance are featured aesthetically:
Track the progress of a fundraise at a glance.
Once tokens have been issued, you will have access to all the information about your token-holders with just one click.
Thanks to the capabilities of Securitize’s DS Protocol and the integration with marketplaces, like Securitize Markets using the RFE (Ready For Exchange) API, the information presented in the cap table includes a real-time list of your investors - including those that only become holders through secondary trading and did not register directly via your own site.
A fully updated cap table at your fingertips.
The new 3.0 platform release brings not only a new Control Panel experience to issuers, but an improved experience for investors with new capabilities such as:
Investor profile now allows enabling of 2FA.
Investors can now provide the account where they want to receive dividends or other payments.
Of course, this is just another step in the expansion of capabilities that Securitize is bringing to issuers and the growing ecosystem for Digital Securities. New capabilities will keep coming, and we will be happy to share our progress with you.
