Carlos Domingo is co-founder and CEO of Securitize. Carlos has 25+ years of experience in innovation and digital transformation, including having also founded SPiCE VC, the first truly liquid, inclusive and transparent tokenized VC on the blockchain. Previously, Carlos was CEO of Research & Development for Telefonica (one of the largest telecom companies in the world), as well as CEO of New Business and Innovation for Telefonica Digital. Carlos holds a PhD in computer science, speaks English, Spanish and Japanese, and is based in Miami.

Jamie Finn is co-founder and President of Securitize. Prior to founding Securitize, Jamie led product innovation and business development for firms ranging from AT&T to Telefonica, O2 and Ericsson, Kontera, A.Ki, Thumbplay, Zingy, and others. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Babson College. He speaks both English and Spanish and is based in San Francisco.
CEO of Securitize Capital
Wilfred Daye oversees our institutional grade funds that provide exposure to cryptocurrency, new economy equities and yield derived from proprietary lending activities.
Previously, Wilfred was CEO of Enigma Securities, a cryptocurrency broker and liquidity provider. Prior to Enigma, he was CEO of OKCoin Securities and Head of Financial Markets at OKCoin. He was also President and Portfolio Manager of Noble Capital International, where he was responsible for cryptocurrency trading.
Wilfred has also served as a structured credit quantitative analyst and trader at UBS, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and ZS Structured Capital Management/D.B. Zwirn. He started his career in securitized products at Lehman Brothers. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
CEO of Securitize Markets
Scott Harrigan is CEO of Securitize Markets, leading the business strategy and operation of the broker-dealer and alternative trading system (ATS), which assists with primary issuances and enabling secondary trading of private securities, including digital asset securities. Securitize Markets is a broker-dealer and ATS designated by the SEC, and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Securitize Markets is the largest secondary marketplace for digital asset securities.
Previously, Mr. Harrigan was at Carta as the Head of Public Markets and Chief Executive Officer of Carta Securities, where he led the public market business which included Carta’s most valuable private clients, and led Carta’s secondary exchange business which allows late stage privately held companies to provide liquidity to employees pre-IPO. Prior to Carta, Mr. Harrigan led the U.S business at Computershare where he was responsible for exponential growth in revenue and client base, as well as several key acquisitions. Mr. Harrigan also held senior roles at Merrill Lynch.
Advisory Board Chair
Brett Redfearn is Senior Strategic Advisor to Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo and is Chair of Securitize's Advisory Board. Mr. Redfearn has a long history in financial markets, having worked with investors, exchanges and broker-dealers. He has helped build electronic trading products, worked closely with exchanges and other trading venues as these products evolved and engaged with global asset managers on major regulatory developments. He has also been a frequent contributor at policy forums surrounding equity and fixed income markets.
Prior to joining Securitize, Redfearn served as Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Trading and Markets. He also previously served in a variety of capital markets leadership roles for J.P. Morgan and, most recently, Coinbase.

History
November 2017: Securitize founded by Carlos Domingo and Jamie Finn to leverage blockchain in bringing liquidity and automation to limited partnerships, an asset class previously considered to be illiquid. Once they realized no regulatory compliant technology existed to do this, they decided to build it themselves.
August 2019: Securitize becomes first SEC-registered transfer agency in blockchain space
September 2019: Securitize completes $12 million Series A investment round
December 2019: Established beachhead in Japan through the acquisition of blockchain consultancy BUIDL
February 2020: Securitize completes $16+ million strategic investment
November 2020: Securitize acquires a broker dealer license and automated trading system registration through the acquisition of Distributed Technology Markets
March 2021: Securitize enables Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank to issue Japan’s first credit-rated, asset-backed security token fund
May 2021: Securitize powers first $75 million Reg A+ fundraise to offer effer security tokens representing Class A common stock
May 2021: Securitize Capital launched
June 2021: Securitize completes $48 million Series B investment round
