The company is looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager, potentially close to any of our main U.S. hubs- New York, Miami, and San Francisco- to help us define the positioning and market our new and existing product sets. The ideal candidate has experience in financial markets and is blockchain curious or experienced.
For this highly visible role based in the US, you will be responsible for owning the product marketing lifecycle for our breadth of products. In this role, you’ll own:
Research and analyze industry and audience trends, preferences & needs, competitive offerings, pricing models and adoption.
Create, test and deliver a compelling product storyline, competitive product and feature benefits positioning, and product identity for our individual products and product suites.
Define and lead a GTM marketing strategy that defines launch approach and primary messaging, awareness creation, and KPIs. Manage the timeline and execution to ensure a timely and successful launch.
Partner with Branding and Designers to develop and test key product marketing assets.
Define and drive a content strategy that will generate demand, including educational content, thought leadership, and primary product messaging.
Partner with business leaders to forecast and align on business success targets at launch and over the lifecycle of the product.
Partner with business leaders and represent marketing in pricing discussion.
Deliver sales presentations, case studies, collateral and other key content to sales, and train key staff on product messaging and positioning.
Monitor and analyze product adoption and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
Become an expert in our products, use cases, and the markets we compete in.
Be the voice of the customer. Partner with product owners to help guide the product development process.
7+ years experience in a product marketing role at a FinTech or B2B SaaS company
Highly organized & detail oriented
Strong written communication with audience adaptation skills
Creative, self-motivated and excited to be a part of a high performance team
Ability to see the big picture, build a team-oriented approach to problem solving and analyze the marketplace to ensure the Company remains competitive
Strong persuasive writing skills
Strong decision-making skill requiring detailed analysis and investigation with solutions requiring original thinking and a high degree of judgment significantly affecting multiple areas of the Company
Team-player and self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
